Financial Modeling and Valuation Course Overview
 
This intensive module is designed to equip participants with the technical skills and practical knowledge required to build robust financial models and perform accurate business valuations. Using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool, learners will build integrated financial statements, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and apply valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis (CCA).
 
Emphasis is placed on real-world applications, with hands-on case studies from sectors like agriculture, telecom, and services. The module also introduces best practices in financial modeling to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
