The Period between November and April is when openings for graduate trainee programmes are out. As a recently passed out corp member and outgoing corp member, October is the period you start preparing for the assessments of the different companies as you will be subjected to write aptitude tests, go for assessment centers, and interviews, Only the successful candidates will be given jobs. I remember my first time of writing a dragnet exam for Nigerian Stock Exchange Graduate Trainee Program. I passed the online assessment and the next stage was Physical assessment at Iwaya, Yaba. I have never come across the kind of Abstract questions I came across that day. After the exam, I just laughed at myself and said “If at all I made it to the next stage based on the test I did, then something must have been wrong somewhere”. Well, I did not pass.
